COVID-affected Delivery Schedule
During this unprecedented time Australia Post are experiencing delays due to a large increase in volume and maintaining social distancing requirements.
As a result we have removed the option for Express Post as we cannot guarantee delivery within normal terms.

Where applicable, freight will be charged at the following rates and will be added to your shopping cart at the time of checkout.
Free freight offer for purchases over $150.00 retail is calculated on the cost of the goods only; ie, postage charges do not make up part of the $150.00. This is not available in conjunction with Inernational or Express Post services.
Free freight offer and Express Post are available only for deliveries within Australia.
** Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges, as well as to certain destinations. We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.
****** Please note that each individual country has different customs and duty charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Goods will not be released by the carrier until the charges have been paid in full. It would be prudent to check with local authorities to ascertain the charges, or Google Duty Tax calculator for particular country. Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges. We deliver products via our website within the Australia/New Zealand region. Please email us on email@example.com to enquire about a special volume order.
All parcels are despatched from Melbourne, Australia.
We endeavour to despatch orders within two (2) business days. Shipping times for retail orders are estimated at between 5-7 working days within Australia and 5-10 working days to New Zealand. Please allow extra time for peak periods.
Follow the link to ascertain Australia Post’s Express delivery zones and schedule. Please allow more time during peak periods approaching Father's Day and Christmas. Delays may also occur without notice due to COVID-19 requirements.
In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
Goods delivered within Australia will be sent via eParcel.
Goods delivered to New Zealand will be sent via DHL.
